Due to a faulty gas log, our entire home had black smoke stains on the ceiling, walls and floors. Our home owner’s insurance sent a restoration service company to appraise the damage. They quoted over $13,000 to re-paint a few ceilings and walls and to clean the carpets and the rest of the house. I called Linton Builders and Corey Linton agreed that he could paint the entire interior of the home and replace all of the carpet with new hardwood floors, and refinish the existing hardwood floors to match. He was able to do all of this for far less money than the restoration contractor wanted just to clean and paint. Corey stayed personally involved with the completion of the work and was great to work with. Our home literally looked better than before and we are really glad we called Linton Builders.
